8 years ago today a great tragedy happened in our neighbouring country.
They were victims of a terrorist attack. Planes were highjacked, buildings fell, lives were lost. Everyone was in a state of panic.
Today, let's rememer and honour those who suffered at the hands of the terrorists. Those who died, those who lost husbands, wives, children, dads, moms, cousins, best friends. Those who searched through debris, those who put up posters in a desperate attempt to find a loved one, those who worked and sacrificed to help their fellow Americans.
Not just today, but everyday, we pray for our soldiers, our country, and for Afghanistan.
