We've been having snow the past couple of days,
but last night in North East Portland it decided to stick around!
There is something so serene about a fresh snow fall.
The world seems almost eerily quiet,
like time has stood still for a moment.
Outside Portland is going crazy.
Get this -
apparently Saturday night people were
headed to grocery stores to stock up on canned goods,
you know in case the possibility of snow makes you starved.
Buses have chains, car tires have studs...
yes Prairie Folk, insert your belly shaking laughter here.
Portlandians (and Vancouverites) don't know how to handle snow.
