The Dyck's Come To Town

This weekend the Dyck's came to Portland. We spent Friday at Canon Beach. Here are some pictures:

 

  

The girls shopped, the guys...waited.

Here he is - looking mighty fine *cough *cough- with a side part and a mustache.

Saturday night we went to Podnah's Barbecue Pit. 

It was a little hole in the wall restaraunt, with really good food. 

Honestly, if I would have walked by it on the street, I would never have thought to eat there.

We only heard about it because it was on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.

There are actually quite a few of the shows featured in Portland.

Here we are with our meals. 

Spencer and I ordered the Beef Brisket and Pulled Pork sandwiches and split them.

We agreed the Pulled Pork was significantly better.

Mmmm....
