Alright, alright, alright!
So I need to make a post that corrects the last one. None of the factors affected my pie! It was warm in temperature, warm in taste (thanks to the pinch o' nutmeg!), and warmed the soul! The pastry IS flaky, the peaches - tender, the crust a perfect golden. Mmm Mmm Mmm - Georgia here I come!
PS. I must add that Spencer's plate was CLEAN and he was licking the fork, however he would sadly not let me capture it and post it. Bah Hum Bug.
