The guy below was a young guy who had pitched his first game in the Major Leagues. On the way home that night his vehicle was hit by a drunk driver and he was killed. This display was out front of the stadium. One sign said "He's still an Angel, he just pitches for a different team."
Happy Birthday Spencer!
The evening of Spencer's birthday the four of us went to a game. It was exciting, the played the Red Sox and there was a pretty even number of Boston and Anaheim fans. I have to say though, the Boston fans were a bit more obnoxious.
