A Tim Tam is a cookie that has wafer and chocolate frosting inside and is coated in chocolate. A Tim Tam Slam is when you take the cookie, bite of a corner on opposite ends, suck up your coffee or cocoa, then SLAM it back into your mouth and let it melt. It is so good.
Apparently this is orginally from New Zealand. So for Christmas, Keddi-Anne sent us a box of Tim Tams and instructions for us all to do Tim Tam Slams. So this was my turn.
Ha! I brought Tim Tam's back from sydney for a friend of mine for Christmas!
