Scenes of Tsawwassen

Driving down Arthur Drive ( a road with a scenic view between Ladner and Tsawwassen) one day at work, I wished I would have had my camera! It was just one of those times when there were so many amazing shots - and no camera. Plus, I was at work, so its not like I could just pull over start snapping photos.
After work I grabbed my camera and went back out there to try and capture the images. Unfortunately it was already starting to get dark, so it wasn't exactly as I had pictured before, but it still captures the beauty of the country side of Delta. I wished the hens were still on the side of the road when I went back...

My dream house, just off Arthur Drive
Kind of stalker-ish I know, but I just had to capture it in a photo, just in case I never get to see the inside!

Mount Baker, in Washington USA. The lines were much crisper when the sun was directly hitting its edges, now it has a much softer look. I love the contrast of the light grays and washed out pink against the vibrant red of the plants below. When I lived in Abbotsford this was definately something I took for granted. Baker was so awesomely close to us, towering above, almost protectively. Now that it is a distant sight, it has become something that I appreciate. Sometimes the way the sun hits it makes me think that it is a gift from God. Showing us how mighty He is!
"Saviour, He can move the mountains! My God is mighty to save, He is mighty to save"
