Celebration

This past Saturday we celebrated Claire's first birthday

with a rainbow themed party.

The weather was HOT

(I am sure this will be a reoccurring theme on her birthday)

We sat outside under the shade of a tree,

ate cake and opened presents.

The highlight for me was having

both of our parents 

(who came from Canada for the special occasion)

and our dear friends all in the pool afterwards.
